Well of course you will cook your brakes with repetitive braking. But that does not kill my point now does it? Yes brake upgrades are very important, no doubt. But its certainly not a very "good" route of upgrade to put bigger rotors on the front. Yes you get more leverage in front, and will tolerate more braking cycles, but this also means that the rear brakes will brake LESS compared to what they used to do at every brakepedal position (compared to the fronts...). Which in turn means more front biased brakes. Which is not exactly what you would want for shorter stopping distanses Anyhow. You can put the biggest brakes in the world on the car but it will not make your car the best stopper in the world. Cause your tires would be sliding. When you get to the point that your brakes are able to lock up your tires in high speed, then your next gain will be from better tires.
